- See your fixed price. Straight away, no call-backs or waiting for quotes. It covers the call-out, the tow and the miles.
- Book and track. The job goes to the nearest available recovery trucks at once. The first to accept is yours — you see their name and watch them arrive live.
Prices and paying
Every price is fixed before you book — based on where you are, where the vehicle is going and its size. Nights (10pm–6am) cost a little more, shown up front. Your card is only held when you book and is charged once a driver accepts. If we can't get anyone to you, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Not broken down?
We also collect cars that aren't broken down — one you've bought from a seller or dealer, a non-runner on a driveway, or a car at a garage — and deliver it wherever you need. Call us with the collection address.
Vans, 4x4s and large vehicles
Long-wheelbase vans, Lutons, minibuses and big 4x4s go on a larger truck (5 tonnes and up). Choose "LWB / Large" when you book, or tell us on the phone.
Questions
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — no call-out extras and no haggling.
Do I pay before a driver is confirmed?
No. Your card is only held when you book, and charged once a driver accepts.
Can I track the driver?
Yes — you get a link to a live map showing your driver coming to you.
Do you do roadside repairs?
No — we're a recovery service. We load the vehicle and take it wherever you need: home, a garage or a dealer.
